Why has it taken so long for the interior design community to recognize there might be a market for typographic wallcoverings? Here are some nice off the rack designs, but one could easily print up their own custom designs as well.

I would love the top one in my home, I've been trying to work out how to get large rolls of lining paper through the press ;o)
ReplyDeleteHave you seen this fabric

I'm inspired to make some fabric first!
That is my favorite one as well. You could try printing on a roll in an inkjet printer and then wheatpaste it to the wall. You may have to be very careful not to get the paper wet however as the ink will run. Or just screenprint or blockprint a pattern. If you come up with something, I would love to see it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great link. It reminded me of this chair I saw earlier today. http://painting-box.blogspot.com/2010/06/chairs.html
