Ask any book designer, letterpress printer or bookseller about the future of the physical book, and most all will agree that books are evolving, yet are improving. Canadian student Hanah Ryu Chung did just that in her recently produced documentary Epilogue, The Future of Print, which originated as an undergraduate thesis. She asks eight professionals in the Toronto book and print community, for their thoughts on the physical nature and future of the printed book. Their passionate discussions make for a wonderful film. I can't wait for the sequel now.
